Science

The science

The treatment works by using a combination of multi-polar radio frequency and LLLT Laser. Combined, the two together create an intense heat in connective tissue to increase collagen and cellular metabolism, resulting in drastic localized reduction in volume and skin laxity.

The LLLT Laser reaches the fat tissue and accelerates the breakdown of body fat into glycerol and fatty acids for the body to eliminate through normal metabolic processes. This effectively reduces body circumference by targeted application to desired areas.

The second component, radio frequency, sends waves to heat up the skin tissue. In response to this energy, the skin produces more collagen tissue, making it firmer and improving its tone whilst liquidising the fat in fat cells for the body to eliminate.

The accompanying function of vacuum suction generates an immediate increase in blood circulation and lymph drainage to improve overall health of the body.

Am I right for this treatment?

Like our Fat freezing and Laser Lipo treatments, T Shape is a procedure designed to target stubborn fat in specific areas, it is not a weight loss solution for people who are obese. Good candidates have stubborn fat in certain areas that they would like to get rid of. This includes the abdomen, hips, thighs, arms, buttocks and face.*

I’ve just had a baby, can I be treated?

We will give treatment to women who are over 6 weeks postpartum. We do not recommend treatment for women who are breastfeeding as your fat will be in 'storage mode' for the baby and you will not see the best results possible.

Can I have this anywhere on my body?

T Shape can target areas including the abdomen, flanks/side, inner thigh, outer thigh, arms, bra fat, face, and buttocks.

How many treatments do I need?

It usually takes between 6 and 8 treatments to reach your desired results.*

Is it safe?

T-Shape is a non-invasive, safe and pain-free treatment.

When will I see results?
